Starting from 0.6a FxGen stopped running on Windows Server 2003 x64 telling me to configure something (ever tried the _D version - sounds like its a debug variant). I know its an unsupported platform, but previous versions worked :)

I do however think that the interface would have looked better if it would have been done with a crossplatform framework such as qt or gtk, instead of making your own.

Looks good. The new operators are cool.
A bug, you might already have fixed, since it is quite obvious:
If one block is the input for two blocks, like this:
AAAAAAAAA
BBBB CCCC
then only the BBBB block works as expected.
When activating CCCC to see the result nothing is rendered.
Also using the NOP operator still crashes the application.
